 The next exercise involves sitting on the floor, spreading your legs, and then starting to gently push your knees to the floor with your hands. Remember that you should stop exercising if you are in discomfort in order to avoid harm.

It is advised to complete this set of workouts at least three times each week. Never skip a workout if you want to grow quicker, but also avoid pushing yourself too far.
