Maggi is the perfect sidekick for home cooks and has always strived to provide delicious and nutritious recipes for everyone. With these recipes, home cooks can enjoy their meals without compromising on taste or nutrition.

Masala Veggie Noodles | Maggi

Most people in India swear by this recipe for Maggi Instant Noodles. It's popular with people of all ages, from youngsters to senior citizens. It's the ideal dish for times you don't feel like cooking lunch or supper but still want to eat something before bed. Chilli Cheese Garlic Maggi is another one of my favourite Indian Maggi variations.

In moderation, Maggi is OK; we understand that it's not the healthiest choice. My kid particularly enjoys the Spinach Corn Maggi and the Paneer Maggi that I have created as healthier alternatives. This is a quick and simple Maggi dish with vegetables that you can make at home.

Formerly, I would use a pot on the stove to prepare Maggi, but ever since I got my Instant Pot DUO60 6 QT, it has been a breeze. The results are consistent and flawless.

What You Need to Make Maggi Noodles

Below is a list of everything you'll need to prepare a delicious veg maggie.

You'll need two packages of the Maggi Noodles that come with the Maggi masala tastemaker.

One onion and one tomato were used in this recipe.

Vegetable Mix: Toss in whatever combination of veggies you prefer, such as bell peppers, sweet corn, carrots, peas, or beans.

I prepared a handmade ginger-garlic paste using the ginger and garlic. Also, you may mince them and include them.

I used chaat masala, garam masala, and red chilli powder as spices.

You may use butter or oil for the butter in this Maggi. Use butter for the oil if you want.

Garnish with fresh coriander, which is used primarily for its ornamental purposes.

Preparing Vegetable Masala Maggi

A pan with butter or oil heated at medium-high heat. Sauté the onion and ginger-garlic paste until the onion is tender.

In order to make masala maggi, first sauté some onions and ginger garlic.

The next step is to add tomatoes and a mixture of veggies to a hot wok or pan and stir-fry them until they are almost cooked through but still have a tiny crunch.

Next, combine the water, maggi masala, red chilli powder, and garam masala powder.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add Maggi noodles, cover, and simmer for two to three minutes, or until the water is absorbed. Blend and combine in between.


Instructions for cooking Vegetable Maggi Noodles

Lastly, season with chaat masala and turn off the heat.

Serve hot Maggi noodles with a garnish of chopped fresh coriander.

Directions for Adding Cilantro to Cooked Maggi

The Instant Pot Approach

To begin, turn Instant Pot to SAUTE mode. Warm some oil or butter. Sauté the onion and ginger-garlic paste until the onion is tender.

The next step is to toss in some tomatoes before giving the whole thing a quick sauté.

Then, stir in the water, Maggi flavour, noodles, red chilli powder, and garam masala. You need to deglaze the pan.

Moreover, make sure the Instant Pot's pressure valve is set to the Sealing position before closing the lid. Pressure cook for 2 minutes at high heat.

When the timer on the pot goes off, it's time to let go of the object quickly.

Get the cover out of your way, Add chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves for presentation. It's time for some hot Vegetable Masala Maggi!

Variations

Vegetables like broccoli and sweet corn, as well as those of your choosing, may be added to the dish.

Seasonings: Taste-tune the spices to your liking.

Cheese: To create Mumbai Street Style Veg Masala Maggi, just sprinkle some cheese on top.
