  5. 7cc Orgran Shells made of corn and vegetables.
  6. Lean beef mince (1 pound) sprayed with oil spray
  7. 2 minced garlic cloves
  8. 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 1 teaspoon gluten-free mixed herbs or basil
  9. Around 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  10. One small onion, cut very finely
  11. Carrots, grated, one cup
  12. Third of a cup of gluten-free, semi-dried tomatoes
  13. Use 2 cups of your own homemade passata OR one 14-ounce can of gluten-free chopped tomatoes.
  14. One Tablespoon of Gluten-Free Stock Powder
  15. Just One Teaspoon Of Sugar
  16. 1/2 a cup of crimson wine
  17. Low-fat plain yoghurt, about 6 teaspoons
  18. Grated low-fat cheese equaling a quarter cup
  19. Amount: 3 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs (made from gluten-free bread)

Instructions:

1Cook pasta as directed on the package. Mince, sprayed with oil, garlic, and basil is browned on a nonstick pan. Fry up some onions, chop some carrots, and toss in some mushrooms. Wait a couple more minutes and check it.

2Set oven temperature to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the meat until it is no longer pink, then stir in the tomatoes, stock powder, sugar, and wine. Simmer for 10 minutes after bringing to a boil. Remove the pasta from the water and set it in an ovenproof dish along with the ground beef.

3Add a dollop of yoghurt to the top of the baking dish. Add cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden. If you like, you may garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
